Part 1 - okay I admit it, I'm a TOTAL dental paranoid scaredy cat! I had managed to avoid the dental chair for over 10 years until this week. Sunday a major pain was suddenly throbbing in my molar and I knew I needed help.
Today I went in and was greeted very pleasantly, sat in their clean waiting room and ushered back by the kindest of people. They had ACTUALLY READ MY CHART before seeing me, and truly noticed that I had indicated I was deeply anxious/scared about being here.
DELIGHTFUL! KIND and TRULY CARED!
Granted I haven't had work done yet (just got the evaluation and treatment plan) - so that review will follow - but I'm confident that will go just as well.
I'm thrilled to pieces that they actually realize that taking care of the patients "mental health" is equally as important to taking care of my teeth with regards to dental work.
