This hotel has the WORST service.
DON'T STAY HERE.
They rarely service the room (you have to call several times and ask them to come, and if they do come, they will not clear out dirty dishes or change the sheets), I tried for 4 days to get water delivered, they wouldn't pick up dry cleaning. I'd call ahead for valet and car wouldn't be there.
You basically have to call 3-4 times anytime you need something in order to get a response from the front desk (and the hotel operators are surly).
After 7 days, I finally spoke to a manager - Maxwell - and he couldn't come up with a solution to basic needs.
Ultimately had to finish out my stay at another hotel.
Do yourself a favor and avoid this hotel altogether.
