The office staff is rude and uncaring. I had surgery on my hand and was very concerned the next day with numbness I was feeling. I tried to contact the doctor but was told I could only leave a message for her assistant and my call would be returned within 24 hours. I explained that I had just had surgery and was concerned. Again I was rudely told I would get a call back within 24 hours. I left four messages because it was a Friday and I was afraid I wouldn't get a call back until Monday. I even left a message for the office manager. She did not call back either. I finally got through to the medical assistant on my fifth call. He was very matter of fact, like I should have known what I was feeling was normal. The doctor had not informed me about what to expect after surgery and the office staff is the worst I have ever dealt with. My experience was poor communication from the doctor and nothing but frustration from the office staff.
