My realtor made the inspector give her his card and told him she would mail me the inspection. The home had a pristine condition and disclosure report. The home inspector put in the report "recommend certified roofing inspection, and Licensed established Plumbing and Heater inspection. My realtor refused to notify seller of report or recommendations. I called the Broker and the broker told my realtor to not talk to me, only talk to my lawyer and the broker would not talk to me. the realtor did give the seller the Home Inspection (after speaking to broker) and the seller cancelled sale. Then the last mi. then seller changed his mind and the realtor said it was too late to get the roofer/plumbing/heater certified or specialist inspections. Fortunately seller canceled yet again shortly before closing when i informed the title company i would not be there. so is everybody happy - i doubt it but i do think everyone is relieved. bad time had by all. People 2018 there will be a correction in the market - hold you horses and wait. i have always had happy happy experiences with century 21 and remax.
