I live in Hawaii. I contacted Matt yesterday to see if he could fix the springs on my garage door on my rental property in Las Vegas. I was amazed within an hour after first speaking with him - he called me back to give me an update, followed by a later call telling me since our tenant wasn't returning his call he will try again tomorrow. Today, he called to let me know the outcome of the assessment and for authorization to complete the work. I'm extremely impressed with his quality of service, open communication, and quickness.
