As a facility, I think the Smith Center is top notch! I've seen a couple of shows here and have determined that I will spend the money for center orchestra from now on. We could only get back row balcony seats for a popular show and the height angle is comparable to Radio City Music Hall!
Our most recent visit to the Smith Center had the ushers running out of programs. That struck me as odd since the box office knows how many seats will be occupied for any given show. I like that you can bring a glass of wine into the theater (in a special covered cup). We valet parked, but it probably would have been quicker to park in the lot across the street (for half the cost, also). When the show lets out it can take a while for the valets to get to your car.
