I called yesterday to request an unlock service, I was told there would be a $19.95 trip charge and the unlock would be $35.00. I was told a tech would be contacting me shortly. After 45 minutes I didn't hear from anyone and I called back. The customer service rep stated there wasn't anything in the system. She took all my info a second time, this time I heard from a tech and he said he was 15 minutes away. The tech arrived at which point he said he could pick the lock but it would cost $159.00 a big jump from what I was quoted over the phone. At this point I was almost 2 hours into waiting for this company and didn't have time to wait to start the process over. The tech was able to open the door in under 5 minutes. That was the only great part of my interaction with this company. I asked him why the price difference and he said their prices start at $35, never once offered to lower the bill. Beware of using this company unless you get a quote emailed or texted to you.
