Ok so let me start with the good stuff Darbee is very precise when doing manicure and pedicure she did an amazing job. She was very nice and easy to talk to.
I bought a deal on groupon for a facial. I went into the room and it was very comfortable and relaxing. Chong really knows so much about skin and she did a wonderful job. It honestly felt like heaven I have never had a facial before so I really have nothing to compare it too it was a wonderful experience but...
There was a miscommunication when it came to grooming my eyebrows. I gave chong the ok to clean them up but we got lost in translation the shape was changed and she gave me a high arch. Honestly when I seen my eyebrows I had to go to the bathroom and start crying. I had grown my eyebrows out for months to get them full and in a few mins they were gone. On another face the eyebrows would have probably looked nice but on mine not so much I prefer a bushy brow like Lily Collins and Jennifer Connelly.
Now the reason I still gave her 4 stars is when it came to the facial she went above and beyond and she is a very nice and sweet lady and I really believe she felt like she was doing me a favor by shaping my bushy brows this is usually a service she charges for so i definitely appreciate the gesture. She gave me so many tips for taking care of my skin and she really didnt have to. I would go back to her again but not let her touch my eyebrows.
Girls with thicker eyebrows make sure you are very very specific or kindly decline eyebrow grooming if offered.
I would recommend Chong and Darbee for their services both are great at what they do.
