After my last review, I was privately contacted by the owner of the company. He was apologetic for the experience that I had with his company and offered to win me back as a customer. I am happy to say that he has!!! We just had a new screen door installed and it not only works well, but looks great! The installer was sensitive to the fact that I work nights, and called the cell phone provided rather than ring the doorbell in case I was sleeping. The installers were quick and courteous. We are glad we gave the company another chance.....and are happy to recommend them to others.
