I have mixed feeling about Lifecare Chiropractic. First, I found them with a groupon for a massage and saw Albert. Albert was AMAZING! One of the best massages I have ever received. He listened to what I wanted, instructed me on what I needed and was great. The costumer service at the front desk was great too. I enjoyed my visit so much that I went back and purchased an hour massage for a family member as a gift. Paid in full and pre-tipped. When my family member went to get his massage.... well lets say this is where I get mixed feelings. His experience was not so enjoyable. He was on time, then told to fill out paper work (as I did at my appointment). They never mentioned that his time spend filling out his paper work would cut into his massage. So he finished and when he got into the room they massage therapist (a girl, not Albert) told him is time would be cut short because the spent time filling out the paper work. His massage was good but nothing special. I told my family member he should have asked for his pre-paid tip back because that was ridiculous. They should have rescheduled him if it was that much of an inconvenience to them. Might I also say, there was no one else waiting when he got to Lifecare Chiropractic nor was there anyone waiting in the waiting room when he finished his appointment and left. So my question is why exactly was his appointment cut short? So I guess you should NOT pre-pay for gift cards nor should you pre-tip because its too much of an inconvenience to Lifecare Chiropractic to take care of anyone who has already paid. Very disappointed. I thought I had found my new massage spot. Since I loved my massage for Albert so very much!!!
