I have had 2 tires flattened in the past week (probably because I bought them cheap from a 3rd party and they wouldn't stand up to the AZ heat) & on both occasions, I had my insurance company tow me to this place.
First instance was on a Saturday and despite being busy, they had my spare on in less than 30 minutes, free of charge, just paid a small labor fee.
Second time was this past Sunday (day before Memorial Day). I brought it in with another rear flat & noticing that my other rear was showing lots of wear, asked for both to be replaced. Evelyn, the manager, called me a couple hours later (they were SWAMPED so I wasn't surprised!) & mentioned my 3rd tire was at a dangerous level also & didn't feel comfortable not replacing it. She worked with me on price and was able to get me 4 brand new tires for a price I could afford and I still have a practically brand new, full sized spare just in case. Evelyn was professional and very communicative with everything they were doing & I am so pleased with the level of service I received! I plan to return later next week for my alignment and any future repairs on my Jeep. Thank you!!
