Where do I begin? I was thoroughly impressed by the buffet at Caesars Palace. I liked the early check process to get into the buffet because it can easily be a 1-2 hr wait to get in. After checking in, it may have taken 35 minutes waiting in line which is totally do-able for a Vegas buffet of this magnitude. The restaurant is beautiful and we'll organized. The food was plentiful, fresh, and gourmet. They had something for every taste. Paella! I repeat PAELLA in a buffet? Not the poor man paella either. This was full of muscles, clams, calamari, shrimp, sausage, chicken and scallops. I am amazed. Better than MGM, Bellagio, and Aria buffets which some may consider top tier. $50 a person seemed like much until I seen the spread. I may have ate about $200 worth of food. Well worth the "investment"
