I have always been a fan of Bucca's and never had any issues with the food or service. This was our first visit to this location and it was on Valentine's Day. Kids wanted a heart shape Pizza (which they had), but come to find out it was only for to go orders. The waiter never offered if we would like to purchase it. Which I probably would of paid for no matter the cost. The service was sub par. The kids personal pizza came out 15 mins after our main course arrived. A manager never cam to see how our experience was, or just to check on the table. Food was good, but this is a poorly run Bucca's. Sadly we will not be returning to this location. We will try other locations but refuse to come back to ROBINSON.
