I have a close friend of mine who I give a ride to/from the doctors every now and then. This is the second time I have stayed and waited for my friend. The first time I ended up leaving after waiting an hour - he ended up waiting over 2 hours before being seen. Today we have waited over an hour and a half. He was told only 4 patients were in front of him and he would likely be texted to return before we could actually eat so we decided to wait... Now I'm starved and my friend was finally seen for a very brief appointment. I've never had an experience where the wait time is this bad. Frankly it is just rude to make everyone wait like this. Not only do the patients suffer from this lack of service but their friends and families do to. Hope the $$ is worth wasting everyone else's time. So ridiculous.
