So here it is less than two weeks before our daughter's wedding when we realize that the "well-known" Italian restaurant we were going to use for catering was not only incompetent but, worse yet, was not willing give us a price in writing. They got fired.
One problem was that we were out of town at the time. We called the vendor who was providing the tableware & they recommended Bob Sferra & Faye at Culinary Occasions. What a difference! Bob & Faye emailed a menu, with prices, within the hour, and responded to every single email & phone call after that almost immediately.
The day before the wedding, they took it upon themselves to show-up at the venue just to check things out. Talk about helping us feel comfortable!
At the wedding, they were organized, well-mannered, the food was excellent & everything went seamlessly. Bottom line, we can't say enough good things about Culinary Occasions. They're terrific!
