BEWARE!!! Richard hoey is a real peice of work. He made verbal promises then backed out saying he never said that and asked to see the proof he said any such thing. Make sure everything is in writing at the very least. If this guy owns the company then I'd avoid any kind of dealings with this company. He treats his renters like poop. So if you are looking for somebody to lie to your renters and treat them like crap then this is the property management company for you.
