PLEASE stop trying to upsell your customers every time they walk in, it is incredibly annoying. I think corporate puts tremendous pressure on their employees here to upsell but what it is doing is pestering your customers. This place is becoming less friendly and more uptight and corporate feeling . I have been coming here for 7 years and its just starting to go down hill in terms of customer support.
