So this was my second time picking something up at this place. I was there 2 week ago to pick up tiles for my house. Waited and waited and nothing. The older lady at the counter, not very nice by the way, only said "they are looking for it" and disappeared. Complain to the manager but it was obvious she did not care. Went back again and the same the older lady would only say :"the warehouse is packed" when asked where is my order and this was 20 mins later. Continue to wait and they brought someone else order that was there after me and got nothing from the employees. They have a lot that just stand around doing nothing. Again at the older lady at the counter all she could say was 'warehouse packed" must be a line they teach them. now I am 1/2 hour still waiting. So they have this African American guy waving an orange flag, probably went to college for this, laughing at the customer (me) because I was not happy. Nice this has to one of the nastiest I have been to do business will go to a quarry next time buy anything. Prices are high and personnel there very nasty and uneducated. My dog has better customer service skills than these people do.
