I honestly hate leaving negative reviews as I believe everyone deserves a fair chance but PLEASE do yourself a favour and avoid this company at all cost. They used togo by the name "Toronto Flower Company" If you look up their old name on yelp you can clearly see why they tried to switch their name and pull a fast one. Just like countless other customers I placed an order of roses for my girlfriend on valentines day that never showed up. I tried contacting them for a refund which took weeks and multiple calls to receive. If you look at some of the responses to other negative reviews you can see that the owners take ZERO responsibility for any failed orders and place all of the blame on the drivers and try to claim that they were overwhelmed by the amount of orders placed on valentines day. Why would you allow people to place these orders if you are incapable of fulfilling them? The only reason im leaving this review is to hopefully save other couples the disappointment of having their valentines day ruined by a scam operation.
