When this place first opened it was amazing, now not so much. The last few times I have gone to urgent care it has been a nightmare. I got in right away, and my child was seen and diagnosed right away, but between diagnosis and releasing lies the problem. The first time I waited almost two hours without anyone coming back in. I had a baby at home I needed to nurse and the staff was being incredibly rude. Saying if I left, insurance would not cover the payment. I think 2 hours is excessive and the issue was minor. The last time I came in, similar issue. Was seen and diagnosed right away, but waited almost 2 hours with nothing. They told me they would give my toddler son motrin for his fever, nothing. I had to console him for 2 hours! He had a fever and ear infection, no attempt at a relief for him, or me holding/rocking him for that length of time. I left with a rx that wasn't even what they said they would give me. So basically no one went over the diagnosis with me, just gave me papers.
