I am extremely dissatisfied with the type of business this salon runs. My first experience with seshi was through a "now groupon" they ran. I initially bought one on a day they were closed, but they had neglected to communicate that with Groupon. I gave them a second chance and purchased another one a week later, only to find out that they did not have any availability on that day. After putting up a stink, the owner was able to do my hair. She did a nice job, so I decided to go back a few months later. On my second trip there, I had to deal with them quoting me one price and charging me another. Clearly this made me uncomfortable. I had an appointment today, which they confirmed on my cell voicemail. Upon arrival, the unfriendly receptionist told me she had called me four times to see if I could come in sooner and that the owner (my stylist) had left. I know she was lying because I had no other messages or missed calls from the salon. I was disgusted with the whole scenario, especially because I had to get a babysitter for my 8 week old and needed to keep the appointment time and date...which us why we make appointments to begin with! I will not return to this salon, which is too bad because I did like the way she did my highlights.
