I went to the 15509 N. Hayden road location in Scottsdale on Saturday May 6,2017 and never got past the front desk person. Most unfortunately, the service advisor that waited on me was obviously in a bad mood, as he gave me a hard time right from the start. All I asked was for a price on a battery & that never happened. I walked out the door as I was in no mood for receiving a hard time from this man. Being a Arizona AAA Plus member for six years, I never asked AAA for much. The one time I needed good customer service, it didn't happen. My AAA card renewal is coming up. Why would I renew it?
