Buyer Beware! Severely Overpriced & No Return policy. I purchased a new model Baume Mercer for my wife. The Salesperson was extremely nice and gave great service....no complaints there....but also assured us that this was a great deal. My bad for believing this. The issue was that the exact same $2,600 watch was available @ multiple places elsewhere for over $800 less. Roman Times has a strict no-refund policy...even though the watch was scheduled to be shipped and hadn't even left their store when I called to ask for a refund! They had the item and still wouldn't reverse the deal. Most companies have a refund policy to make their store more attractive to customers and win repeat business. My fault for trusting that I was getting a good deal. Their fault for being completely strict with not undoing the transaction even though I never possessed the item and ruining any future of making future purchases. Good thing I didn't buy the Zenith for $9,900 that I later found & purchased for $6,750 elsewhere. I paid over $800 for this lesson, please learn it for free and shop for your high-end watches elsewhere!
