Have always loved The Liberty on South Blvd . Very excited when this one opened up in Blakeney. Got a reservation through Open Table. Excited to see Blackened Shishito Peppers on the Appetizer menu. Huge Serving of them in a great Asian sauce. Also got a plate of Pig Skin Nachos with Pulled Pork, very tasty !
I ordered the Grilled Caesar Salad with Salmon, Two others had the Fish and Chips and My daughter had the Crunch Burger. Even the child's Mac and Cheese was served perfectly with fresh green beans, fries and apples chunks ! Service was good and the food right up to par with South Blvd . Had a couple of Craft Beers and it was a great Friday night ! Glad to have it down in South Charlotte !
