This is an amazing place to go with your girlfriends. The atmosphere is immaculate. Beautiful surroundings,cut fresh flowers, and very clean. I have been 3 times now and the service has been consistently great. The bar is a very nice touch. However, it is way too easy to overspend at this place... the pricey services, the cocktails, and the amazing pastries! I would go once or twice a year,but I couldn't afford to go regularly.
They can host up to 5 people for pedicures at a time,and the chairs are comfy and cozy. The nail polish selection is amazing! It is very hard to choose a color when it is so beautifully displayed. If you are looking for a place to put on your Instagram...this is the place!
It seems like their facial products are really lacking (in my opinion). I am not a fan of Tata Harper (all hype and branding!) and they only have that and 1 other tiny line for skin stuff. So I am not really tempted to try their facials. They also do waxing and some hair styling services (no color or cuts).
My only real criticism (other than the ridiculous name of the place) is that I have been put on hold for a longish time & hung up on a few times trying to book apts. in the past. Their phone line is noisy and it is hard to hear. My actual experience in the spa has always been good, the estheticians are friendly but not overly chatty. I would definitely recommend it to anyone who wants to treat themselves, or is entertaining guests in Toronto.
