If I could give this place 0 stars, that's what I would do. This is my first pregnancy. When I called to make the appointment, the person I spoke to was very nice and she asked for my insurance information. That was the last of my good experience. She told me to come in at 3 for my 3:30 appointment so my husband and I left early from work so we could be there at 3. We arrived at 3 to fill out paper work. We had the paperwork done at about 3:25 and then they had me leave a urine sample- Meanwhile 2 people who came in after us got seen before us. We were not shown to a room until 3:50 when our appointment was at 3:30. Once they brought us to the room and took my weight and blood pressure, we waited another 40 minutes to see the nurse practitioner! Not even the doctor. Once the lady came in, she did not even acknowledge my husband who was in the room with me. They did not confirm my pregnancy. They told me "Keep taking your prenatals and stay away from lunch meat" which I already knew from the INTERNET. There was no measuring, no due date, in fact, because they took so long to see me, the person who does the blood work was done by the time the "examination" was over and told me that I would have to come back to do bloodwork. Not to mention that even though I gave them my insurance info when I made the appointment, they waited until they were done with everything to tell me that their ultrasound provider in the office does not accept Aetna so I would have to make an appointment with a separate ultrasound company that they work with. So I spent $30 to not have my pregnancy confirmed, not get an ultrasound, and not even get bloodwork out of the way, but for them to poke my stomach, listen to my breathing, and tell me things I already knew. We were there for almost 2 hours. NEVER COME HERE. WORST EXPERIENCE I HAVE EVER HAD.
