I would avoid this store like the plague. He has treated me and my wife with utter disrespect when we went to pick up a phone ordered to his store. I would never step inside his store ever and I will spread the word to ensure others understand that SAM SHAHRAM is absolutely horrible to deal with and would suggest to go to another rogers store if you want to have your problems resolved and not have a bad experience. Maybe he was having a bad day but it ruined our experience with this store which is not representative of rogers service otherwise so far in my experience. When asked about his boss or the owner so we can make a complaint, he told me he has no one to respond to. Further he did not follow company protocol. Utterly useless customer service.THERE ARE OTHER ROGERS STORES that can help you, just avoid this one and you will be a happy camper.
