April and Karen are simply the best! The BEST! We have a 7 year old pup and 10 week old puppy who we just discovered had a urinary tract infection 4 days before the international trip. They both came to the house, we talked over what would be a good schedule, they learned the details and nuances of our house and got to know our 4 legged family members. Especially how we are training our puppy and socializing her. Due to our location, we couldn't text reliably, so they emailed us pictures every morning (and sometimes in the afternoons too) and some details of the evening with our pups - we felt in touch every day. We knew the doggies were being taken care of by April and Karen - people who truly love animals and that gave us confidence to relax and not worry about them!
