Under the category of "First World Problems" A. I am lucky enough to be staying at the Ritz, so take this with a grain of salt. B. But I have stayed at Ritz's in Atlanta, San Francisco and several in Florida. This is definitely the least impressive. I have not experienced the over-the-top customer service I usually get. And the amenities don't seem all that well attended to. C. It really doesn't live up to the Ritz franchise. D. Did I mention I am lucky enough to be a The Ritz? So hard to complain.
