The food is always amazing. However when a delivery is incorrect, there is no accountability or apology. Tonight's error in delivery would of cost out family to have to use a $500 Epipen since our family has a reaction to mushrooms. Called to explain incorrect pizza was delivered and we, the customer, was questioned whether we recieved the incorrect pizza. No apology but was told they remake pizza that was ordered and paid for. 5 minutes later delivery man made a phone call apologizing that he grabbed the wrong pizza and new one was being made- he had no idea I had already called. Management should of handled the call and trusted their customer vs. delivery man having to call and apologize. Your management should take a lesson from your delivery man. No disappointment in food but lack of acknowledgment for incorrect delivery that would of cost our family a hefty medical bill.
