I moved to Phoenix then acquired internet services through CL. I started with 12Mbps which was enough at the time. A year after using their services I encountered the first technical problems with speed. I went ahead and upgraded my speeds to 20Mbps. This upgrade did absolutely nothing to cure the following symptoms: Stream services like Amazon Video and Netflix play on the lowest "potato" quality even at non heavy usage hours, HBO GO videos suddenly stop streaming and buffering takes up to 10 minutes. Short 2 to 3 minute videos on Youtube are constantly buffering at 360p! This is insane! I can't watch anything without CL throttling my bandwidth. I called about this issue and they offered me to upgrade once again, as if the last upgrade was effective. I am not religious but I am PRAYING that Google Fiber lays waste to these scamming ISPs like CenturyLink.
