they must have had some growing pains as a small co that BLEW UP, but i was happy with my order, oils were 1/3 larger than other companies, offered to refund shipping when i (also) ordered the wrong caps, and YES it was my fault, tho it can be confusing as the style of bottle i ordered only had 4 oz and 8 oz so i assumed the smallest caps would fit but apparently there is tiny bottle in another style on a different page. Irene reviewer knows she was wrong and should not review here. the lip balm review cracked me up. wow, yes, dummy they are casings and packaging and raw ingredients. i think people are always up to trying to scam and discredit. anyway, great company in Cleveland Area. wish i could shop there without having a pallet order. keep growing! we massage therapists and organic product makers rely on your fair pricing and products.
