I had a $63 delivery stolen from my door step - no comment from Con Am My apartment was broken in to - no comment from ConAm My patio door was shattered by BB gun fire - no comment from ConAm It took two days to get the glass replaced when my patio door was shattered by BB fire. Really? Two days of cooling the whole outdoors. Called Regional Manager on Monday morning. It is now 9pm Tuesday and she hasn't called back. The building manager pulls her stunts because the Regional Manager sets the pace. It took two and a half days for Building manager to replace glass (TWO days!) and it took Regional Manager TWO and a half days to reply to my call. Yes. She emailed me late Wednesday. Issues NOT addressed. I am out $63 for the delivery that was refused by Lisa and stolen from my doorstep. I want a written policy for packages delivery that includes consequences to staff for failure to comply. I am afraid to use the laundry room. DO NOT RENT HERE TRANSIENTS HANG OUT IN THE LAUNDRY ROOM TO STAY COOL. Maybe change the combination?
