I've been to NC salon on two occasions. Once for a hair cut and the other to tone my ombre. I suggest you call ahead of time because the salon does get busy and you might not get an appointment.
Everyone is very friendly and welcoming. Upon arrival, you are given a nice cup of tea and a locker for your belongings. The staff takes the time to understand what type of look you're going for. They also make sure you're comfortable and ensure you have a fresh stack of magazines to browse through.
The scalp massage was amazing! The only thing I didn't like was the price. It cost about $200 for the application of two toners. Normally, salons charge about $50 for that type of service especially since it's not permanent.
Overall, I was impressed by their customer service and will most likely return.
