The initial first step was good, the salesperson was nice and very informative. We told him what we wanted and he tried to get close to it with what we had. We ended up leaving with a brand new car. The following week Carl asked for us to come back and told us that our percentage went higher. The next week we had to go back again, for the same thing. Then the next week we receive a letter saying no one would approve us for the loan and we had to give the car back. I just started driving with Uber so this was devastating, I was about to be jobless. We called and left 6 voicemails within a few days span with our finance guy, Carl, as well the director of finance and not one person called us back. I spoke with customer service, she said we needed to speak with finance. I spoke with the salesperson, he said they didn't tell him anything and to talk to customer service. It is a 45 min drive to Nissan plus we have 3 young kids, so we were trying to avoid having to go there for the 3rd time. We went down there and they said they got the approval for our trade in and brought us the white slip. Not one person apologized, not one person took fault for this mix up. On top of that they had my car I traded in for 3 weeks and PROMISED me that they would have it paid off before my next billing cycle. They were 1 week late, which ruined my PERFECT payment history. I never once missed a payment. I was referred to them and I definitely regret choosing them. From giving me the run around to not getting any calls back to sending me a letter saying I couldn't keep my car (which was a mistake).
