The Dr that treated my child was great but I agree with the other reviewers the wait time is way too long. My biggest complaint is the reception staff. Very rude, they speak to you as if you're bothering them by just existing. I asked a few questions on behalf of my foster child, barely received an inaudible muttered answer and when I asked for clarification I was told to sit down. It really ruffled my feathers. I can't help but think that they get away with treating many of the working class families I saw in the waiting room this way. I will return because the Dr was great, but I'm prepared to say something if I get the same treatment from reception. Also I was annoyed that I received a phone call an hour before my appointment telling us we HAVE to arrive 15 minutes before our appointment since we are new patients. How about telling people that when they make the appointment? So IRRITATING.
