Yikes! I was disappointed...extremely disappointed. When Chance came out he was on time. That was the only good thing that happened. He was difficult to talk to. He looked at the issues and had no idea how to fix them. They were not extreme plumbing issues at all. A leaking sewer access pipe and valves that needed replaced in a kitchen and bathroom. He mistook dust for mold on drywall also.
Based on the other reviews, water heater replacements may be his strong point. If you need anything else, he may not be the right choice. He seemed inexperienced.
