After a mix up with the order I finally got my furniture, nothing major. The issue is with the insurance I purchased to protect the new leather couches. I had grandkids tear the couch while wrestling on the couch. Service USA denied the claim stating that "Stains or damage resulting from the improper use or misuse of furniture, including the use of furniture beyond the purpose for which it had been designed." I guess kids are not allowed to be on the couches according to Service USA. If you want a insurance company that covers accidental damage avoid Living Spaces. They use Service USA and they can apply this exception to any damage to furniture.
