Just had the worst experience I've ever had at an Einstein's here. I've come here many times and haven't had the same problem but today the toaster was turned down so low it didn't even warn my bagels, so I went back to have them remade and they put almost no shmear on them. They also had to remake the lady's before 2x because they failed to listen to her simple directions, and the guy after me said they forget something if his at least once a week. I don't know if there's new management or what but the whole staff is incompetent.
