I have used this place for the last 10 years for towing and auto detailing for all my vehicles. NEVER AGAIN Today I was treated so terribly by your employee working at the impound. He had an attitude from the beginning by being very rude I provided the paperwork and he literally threw one of the papers back at me rudely saying "I don't need that" I asked him if we could look at the car and he told me that only I could go back there but NOT my husband after we forked out almost $300 cash. He NEVER allowed me to look at the car and he made me sign a paper that I received the car in satisfactory condition and I never got to see the car. He was very hesitant to give me the owners name and laughed at us and asked my husband to leave his office when we told him we were going to make complaint. I lost my mom suddenly to cancer January this year and to be treated like this while trying to get her car was just wrong. Your employee has zero compassion and no customer service skills. Oh and he refused to release the car to my towing company. They will just dump it on the outside of the fence whenever he "feels" like it
