I will never go in here again first time took employee 20 min to get to me. Said the coil for my device are hard to get so I purchased a new tank and extra coil. 2 weeks later my e cig wouldn't work it was like it was dead. Went back here and they said my battery was dead sold me a new one and kept my old one. At this point I had no idea that you could shut it off by pushing the button 5 times quickly. I just found this out today when my new battery didn't work and I went to a different shop that turned it back on for me. When I called Vapors to see if they still had my old battery that I suspect was just shut off not trashed. The guy said they always tell people how to shut off and turn on and he remembered telling me that NO HE DIDNT. Do yourself a favor and make sure you are not a newbie or they will sell you something you may not need.
