Beware of Tuff Shed. I purchased a Tuff Shed less than 2 years ago. A metal frame was placed on concrete blocks for leveling. Now my door won't shut. I called to explain this and first thing out of this woman's mouth is it is the ground is settling and we don't cover that under warranty. No question if it was on a slab or anything. Why do they sell all the extras for leveling if they know the ground will settle and cause these issues? I do believe she said this is common for the ground to shift and she did say it wasn't covered under warranty so why isn't this being told up front? It seems to be very deceiving to me. The way I understand it is they are going to sell you a building knowing you will have issues and you will have to pay someone to come out and fix the problem eventually and there is no telling how many times you will have to do this over the lifetime of the shed. So my conclusion is bad product and bad customer service.
