They where great a couple of months ago when my wife needed them for a procedure, but we went last night to the E.R. and it was a horrible experience. The lady that took my billing information was short and when I left to get my wife water and they where doing a scan the security guard would not let me back in for 20 minutes, then come to find out he never checked the room just felt like saying "no" while my wife was wondering where I was.
That's not the worst part. I went to work, actually home to change around 330am and come to find out she was still in the E.R. room and its 12 hours later! I got there at 4pm and they didn't give her the medication she needed yet, due at 4pm, and I asked for it twice, finally they showed up with the medication she was supposed to take every four hours 2 hours late! Then when she asked to leave they where more than happy, they actually said "fine" no apology, no how can we help, nothing just "fine". I heard they closed some areas but whatever they've done this place has lost a step. People in the halls eating, and in bed, like a disaster movie.
Do yourself a favor skip this place and go to Summerlin or any where else, cause this place isn't if you need help or to get well.
Update: The next hospital had my wife medication for the infection, medication for the pain.and a room in 3 and a half hours.
