Mediocre, painful wax despite high Yelp ratings. Got eyebrows waxed and immediately noticed a hive developing above my right eye, irritation midway through my eyebrow wax. Waxer was brusque and applied extremely thick wax on thick strips, without any spot waxing which most eyebrow waxes incorporate. Tweezing was painful, but waxer didn't apply any aloe or calming gel post-wax. Overall eyebrow sculpting was underwhelming at best - could barely detect my natural arch after my wax.
Would not risk a Brazilian here unless I book with Mary or Kayla. Shannan no longer works at this location.
