I came into this establishment just two days ago to purchase an item no one else has in Vegas seemed to have. Silicon mix. There was two young workers who were so nice. I was able to find what I needed pretty quick as they were closing. They even waited on a lady who called in although they were technically closed. I come in today 7/20/2016 and try to return or exchange just two of the items. There is a completely different staff. I can't return or exchange for "health reasons". Although it does not specify this on the receipt it only says "No cash refund" I thought okay well I paid with a card so I drove all the way across town. I can't even exchange the item which is still in the bag and haven't been touched. Never took it out. There's a homemade sign that says no refunds or exchanges so be very aware. Make sure you are sure of the purchase before you leave. I just got a oh damn well. Smh. Waste of time & money. I won't be back! I'll order my things offline. It's cheaper anyhow.
