Billy is world-renowned for his watercolor tattoos, and after he did an amazing job on my girlfriend's tattoo, I went back to see him for myself. He did a full backpiece on me that took about 40 hours, but would've taken 60+ with most others. I couldn't be happier with Billy's professionalism and artistic talent. When in Vegas and the tattoo bug bites, take that money you're gonna piss away at the blackjack table and go see Billy at Club Tattoo!
