These guys n gals are the s&#t ! Called at 1130a on a Friday , Sherri who was super sweet, answered and got all my info and set me a time for technician to come out at around 4-6p. Juan who's awesome btw called me at 245p and said was on his way..wtf lol so soon, I'll take it. He looked at unit found a burnt capacitor , replaced it..good as new. He did make recommendations but didn't try to upsell me anything, that's a big plus! Wrote up my invoice , super competitive btw and off he went. I do plan a return visit for tune up on a/c as they've made a lifelong customer here. Funny thing offs I can do these things myself but as I'm older and very little downtime a solid company matters lots in my book for those times I'd rather pay than pray.
