It is a family owned business that is truly customer oriented and willing to go out of their way at any time. One of the techs once told me "We won't sell you anything you do not need right now because we are busy enough as is." Now how many other mechanics have said that to you before? A few dealers in town will try and up sell you any way they can to make an extra buck but not the folks of T&M!
