Took my friend for ankle surgery (day surgery) and spent some quality time in the POCU. Joe at the admitting desk was fantastic! He has a great attitude and was able to answer all of our questions and keep keep us laughing. I'm not sure hospital staff get enough compliments as they usually see us at our worst. Joe was great.
