I recalled a situation at Sunridge Nissan a few years back after reading Crystal W.'s review. We were in the process of doing up the paperwork to purchase a Versa Note from a trade in and we had all these extras including if we got it that day. I don't know remember why exactly but there was an issue and then the finance manager lady told us to come back a few days her and email her. When we returned a few days later and she said she never got the email. Obviously that was a lie as I pulled out my phone and showed her my outbox and she process to tell me she must of deleted my email. I don't recall the salesperson experience. Anyways, don't remember much but we ended up at Brasso Nissan instead to purchase the Versa Note.
